Eclectic Electric provided the AWS Cloud and devops expertise for Los Angeles Metro Transit Authority’s modern and approachable WordPress website. When asked by our full-service agency friends at The Glue to design and implement the backend for Metro’s new high-traffic site we were excited to participate.
Eclectic quickly brought up several AWS environments to support development, testing, and pre-launch content creation. Metro’s traffic goes through several peaks throughout the day so we crafted a load-balanced auto-scaling architecture that always performed well while minimizing monthly costs.
